This is the image of your virtual drive located next to your local drives.

User Administrator

An Administrator is a user of Backup Online with additional privileges. The administrator service is set up for the Business Partner by Gemelo. The Administrator is unique in each company and is the manager of all users related to the corporate account.

The Administrator has total control over the accounts created, can modify authorization, erase or add sub-accounts and determine backup polices.

Manages users individually, by work groups or by user groups.

Manages backups; recuperates and eliminates files

 

User

Users are created by the Administrator. The final user will have as many or as little privileges as the Administrator assigns him or her. The user will have access to his or hers own account "Backup Online Web" or "Desktop".
